Commercial and New Construction HVAC and Plumbing in Kansas City
One master-licensed contractor for HVAC and plumbing, rough-in to final.
General contractors, developers, and property owners need a trade partner who reads the plans, shows up when the schedule says, and closes out clean. TCS Services KC builds and services HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction, multifamily, and light commercial projects across the Kansas City metro, on both sides of the state line. Owner Ryan Thomas holds Master Mechanical and Master Plumbing licenses, so both scopes sit with one contractor.
New Construction HVAC and Plumbing, Rough-In to Final
We take both trades from underground and rough-in through trim, startup, and final inspection:
HVAC: heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, ventilation, thermostats and controls
Plumbing: domestic water, drain-waste-vent piping, water heaters, and fixtures
Gas: gas piping and appliance connections
Permits and inspections for our scope, built to plans and local code in Kansas and Missouri
Multifamily
Apartments, townhomes, and other multi-unit buildings repeat the same work many times, and consistency matters. We install unit HVAC systems, ventilation, domestic water and drain-waste-vent piping, water heaters, and fixtures, with rough-in and trim sequenced around framing, drywall, and the other trades so units turn over on schedule.
Light Commercial
For offices, retail, and small commercial buildings, we handle heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, supply, waste, and vent piping, gas piping, and fixtures, plus service and replacement once the building is occupied. Property owners get a contractor who already knows the systems.
Backflow Testing and Prevention
Backflow assemblies protect the potable water supply from contamination and must be installed and maintained correctly. We install, inspect, test, and repair backflow prevention devices on new and existing buildings, and help property owners stay on top of required testing.
One Master-Licensed Contractor for Both Trades
Most projects carry separate mechanical and plumbing subs, which means two bids, two schedules, and two crews competing for the same wall cavities and ceiling space. With both master licenses in-house, TCS gives you:
One bid covering HVAC and plumbing
One point of contact for both scopes
Coordinated routing of ducts, piping, gas, and condensate lines, worked out before they clash in the field
One set of permits and inspections to track for both trades
Licensed in Kansas and Missouri, we can follow your work across the state line without handing it off.
