Kansas Side of the Metro

On the Kansas side, we work throughout Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth, and Miami counties. That covers everything from established neighborhoods with older furnaces, aging water lines, and root-damaged sewer lines to newer subdivisions where calls are more often about zoning, thermostats, and water heater upgrades. We also serve homes and acreage properties on the edges of the metro, including properties outside city limits.

Missouri Side of the Metro

Because we're licensed in Missouri as well as Kansas, we serve homes and job sites across Jackson, Clay, Platte, and Cass counties. Older homes there often need the same kinds of work we see on the Kansas side: replacing worn-out heating and cooling equipment, repiping, and sewer line repair. Newer homes and developments call for repairs, system tune-ups, and properly sized equipment.
